La villa était très bien dans l'ensemble. Quartier résidentiel donc calme, à 10 min de marche de la plage, pas loin d'un magasin. Un peu plus loin du centre où se trouve les bons bars et restaurants mais c'est une belle promenade jusque là. L'hôte était sympathique, il nous a même fourni le support pour couper notre jambon italien que nous avions acheté au magasin. Niveau équipements, top. Beaucoup de verres (pour apéritif, soft, ...), beaucoup d'assiettes, couverts et même des ustensiles de cuisine qu'on ne trouve pas forcément chez soi. Nous avons récupéré notre caution comme prévu, simplement retiré 3€ de la caution pour une table que nous avions cassé => L'hôte est très correct, on peut lui faire confiance. Merci !
La caution en cash : difficile pour un groupe de commencer à prévoir du cash comme ca. Ne pas pouvoir utilisé le billard parce que la caution pour utiliser le billard était trop élevée.

My friends and I stayed the weekend at this beautiful villa for my birthday. The house was exactly as pictured and can definitely fit 10+ people comfortably. The bedrooms were clean and spacious, and there were enough bathrooms for all of us. A few things here and there were a bit outdated/ didn't work (for example, we couldn't figure out the speaker system and one of the showers needed a bit of tinkering), but there was nothing that seriously affected our stay. Joseph was a kind, hospitable host. He was very communicative before, during, and after our stay, and even gave us a tour of the house when we arrived. He allowed us to extend our check-out time, and accommodated our younger age group. We did not have a car, but we were still able to easily journey to the town and beach (about 20-30 minute walk to the center of town and 10-15 minute walk to the beach). The nearby bus stop and taxi service were alternatives we used as well. Overall, this was the perfect house for my friends and I to spend a weekend away!

Todo. Súper Estadía en una casa maravillosa con muchísimas y todas las comodidades necesarias. Jose el dueño muy amable y súper disponible en todo sentido a cualquier hora sinceramente un honor haber podido compartir con el y en su alojamiento sin duda una de mis mejores experiencias de viaje. Y la volvería a repetir sin duda ninguna.

We spent 4 days 3 nights, the clean and nice private pool was the best. Kids enjoyes eough happy and fun days. Although there were some unexpected issues , but the owner ,who lives next door to the villa, solved all issues swiftly.

We were a family of 20 visiting Sitges for the first time, and our first Villa holiday.
The resort was within easy walking. distance. with a marina, beach, bars and plenty of restaurants.
The Villa was clean and spacious, the children took full advantage of the tennis court and swimming pool, Josep went above and beyond to make sure all of our requirements were met, would definitely return.

Our group was very happy with Josep's villa. We had wonderful time there. The location was very good and the villa was spacious and clean. Josep was a very helpful host and made both our check in and check out very easy.

We were a group of 15 friends mixed and found this home perfect for our stay. Close to big shop and within walking distance of the town. Also train station in walking distance which has direct train to Barcelona. Would recommend for any large group looking to rent a villa.

I stayed and Josep’s villa for my 50th with 12 other ladies. Great location, only 15 mins into the old town or short cab drive. 5 minutes to amazing bakery, and Carrefor supermarket. Very spacious and well equipped. Would definitely stay again!
